01 · HOMES & APARTMENTS
Deep cleaning for wall-to-wall carpet in bedrooms, living rooms, stairs and hallways. We combine thorough dry-soil removal, a fibre-matched pre-spray, gentle agitation and controlled hot-water extraction, then speed-dry with air movers.
02 · AREA RUGS
Hand-knotted, machine-made, flat-weave, shaggy and delicate silk-blend rugs are washed individually in our rug studio — dusted, dye-tested, washed flat, rinsed clear and dried under control.
03 · FLOOR CARPET CHANGE
When a carpet is beyond cleaning, we replace it. Free measurement, a clear choice of carpet and underlay, removal of the old floor, subfloor preparation and a tight, seam-planned fit.
04 · WORKPLACES
Scheduled maintenance for offices, hotels, halls, clinics and showrooms. We work after hours, document every visit and keep high-traffic carpet presentable all year.
Add-ons
A clear treatment that helps spills bead on the surface so you have time to blot them away.
Enzyme treatments that break down the source of odours from pets, damp or smoke rather than masking them.
A low-toxicity sanitiser applied after cleaning — popular in nurseries, playrooms and clinics.
Inspection and treatment of wool carpets and rugs where moth larvae have grazed the pile.
Re-securing loose fringes and rebinding frayed rug edges before they unravel further.
Heavier furniture moved and replaced on protective tabs so every part of the carpet gets cleaned.
Cleaning methods
There is no single “best” way to clean carpet. We choose between three proven methods — and sometimes combine them — based on fibre, soil level and how quickly the space needs to be back in use.
Often called steam cleaning. A rinse is injected into the pile and immediately extracted with powerful suction, carrying loosened soil away with it.
A polymer cleaner surrounds soil particles and dries into crystals that are removed by the next vacuum. Ideal for routine maintenance.
A moist absorbent compound is brushed into the pile, attracts soil, and is vacuumed away. Almost no water touches the carpet.

We don’t publish a one-size price list because two rooms of the same size can need very different work. Instead you get a fixed written quote based on a few simple factors.
